At Lakeside Student Housing, there are a variety of rooms to fit your budget and lifestyle. We have 42 rooms with a fantastic view of Cross Lake. 26 of these share a half bath with another room and the rest are a more traditional student dorm room with access to a nearby restroom and showers.

Views & Privacy
We also have 36 rooms that have courtyard or street view of which many have a private half bath. All rooms are generously sized compared to a standard dorm room and are furnished. Some rooms are newly carpeted and or have tile floor to add your own accent rug to. Rent, including utilities, is $500 per month for courtyard/street view and $600 a month for lakeview room per student.

Over 450’ of Lakeshore to enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, canoeing and boating from or an evening bonfire with friends . Enjoy the many common spaces to catch a view of the lake or have fun with friends.

Amenities
There are several kitchenettes available for students to use. Private locked shower rooms are available as well as common dorm style showers. Also, you can take the enclosed walkway to the new Student Center opening in the summer of 2025.
