The process To APPLY

Acceptance

After acceptance by PTCC as a student you are eligible to apply and you must continue to be a PTCC full or part-time student to live at the Lakeside Student Housing center.

To apply, simple click on the link below which will take you our rental management site. https://stelter.sitemanager.rentmanager.com/Default.aspx

Secure a spot

Press the Search button in the lower right on that page to display available rooms. Lakeside rooms will be identified with “LK” in the unit description.
